Hello. My name is David. I am going on a mission to try new experiences, to get out of my comfort zone, and to get closer to God while ministering to others. I haven’t started my journey yet, but I am getting ready by keeping an open mind to what God has in store for me. I know that my departure means leaving the comforts of home, including friends, family, food, and basketball, and finding a greater connection with God. My stronger relationship with God will help me help others during the trip and after my return.
During my trip, I hope to share how my relationship with God is evolving into one of strength and one that shines through me to those I’m with while on my journey as well as you at home. As a follower of Jesus Christ, I look forward to helping others learn God’s love, kindness, generosity, patience, and strength.
